Civil War veterans get their due in recent issue of The Civil War Monitor

The Winter 2011 issue of The Civil War Monitor has a nice article on Union Civil War veterans and the struggles they had after the war. The article is called “Faded Glory”. Here are some of the pictures in the article.

The Civil War Gazette (CWG) is published by Kraig McNutt, Director of The Center for the Study of the American Civil War. The CWG was first launched on to the World-wide Web in 1995.
